Software Licence Terms

1. Licence

Unless a separate licence applies, Avilion grants the lawful user a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use supplied ConductorOS and companion software with its intended Avilion product or service.

2. Restrictions

Do not redistribute proprietary builds, remove notices, bypass technical safeguards, or reverse engineer proprietary components except where applicable law expressly permits it.

3. Updates and connected services

Updates may correct defects, change compatibility, or modify features. Connected functions may depend on Spotify, Discord, network services, or supported hardware. Their availability is not conjured by the licence.

4. Open source

Open-source components and the ConductorOS 1 Open Source Development Kit remain governed by their accompanying licences. Those licences control where they conflict with this document.

5. Termination

The licence ends if these terms are materially breached and not remedied where remedy is available. Mandatory rights and licences already granted under open-source terms remain unaffected.
