Discord Bot Terms

These terms apply to Avilion Discord bots, APIs, dashboards, automation, media playback, text-to-speech, AI-assisted features, and related integrations, including soundsphere, Orthox, and re.play.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and meet the minimum age required by Discord and the law in your jurisdiction. If you manage a server, you confirm that you have permission to add and configure the service there.

2. What the service does

Features may include Discord bots, APIs, dashboards, automation, moderation assistance, media playback, text-to-speech, and AI-generated or AI-assisted content. Features may change, move, or be removed as the service develops. Software apparently refuses to remain preserved in amber.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use the service to break laws, harass others, distribute malicious code, exploit vulnerabilities, bypass safeguards or rate limits, generate spam, automate abuse, access systems without permission, infringe rights, or place Avilion or third-party infrastructure at unreasonable risk.

4. User content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Avilion permission to process that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, moderate, troubleshoot, and improve the service. You remain responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to submit it.

5. Server data and permissions

The service may process server identifiers, channel identifiers, role and permission data, commands, configuration, and message content where a requested feature requires it. Configure bot permissions to the minimum required. Giving a bot administrator access because finding the correct checkbox was inconvenient is not a security strategy.

6. Third-party services

The service depends on Discord and may depend on hosting, AI, media, speech, or other providers. Their terms, restrictions, and outages apply. Avilion is not responsible for actions or failures controlled solely by those providers.

7. Availability

The service is provided on a best-effort basis. Avilion does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent retention of every feature, or compatibility with every change made by Discord or another provider.

8. Safety and generated output

Automated and AI-assisted output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate. Do not rely on it for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or emergency decisions. Server owners remain responsible for moderation decisions and for reviewing configurations suitable for their communities.

9. Suspension and termination

Avilion may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, security, non-payment, legal requirements, excessive load, provider restrictions, or risk to users and systems. You may remove the bot or stop using the service at any time.

10. Warranty and liability

The service is provided as is and as available, subject to rights that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Avilion is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data, third-party actions, moderation decisions, or outages outside reasonable control.

11. Privacy

Personal data and service logs are handled under the Privacy Policy. Data deletion, access, or correction requests can be started through Avilion Support.

12. Changes and governing law

Avilion may update these terms when the services, providers, or legal requirements change. Continued use after an effective update means acceptance of the revised terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, subject to mandatory rights that apply in your jurisdiction.
