Cookie Policy

Small browser records, with boundaries and an actual off switch.

1. Required storage

Avilion uses required cookies or equivalent storage for session authentication, CSRF protection, OAuth state, guest conversation continuity, order security, and consent records. Disabling them may prevent those features from working.

2. Optional preferences

With permission, Avilion stores display mode, language, and interface preferences on the device. Declining optional storage keeps those choices for the current session where practical rather than quietly promoting them into permanent tracking.

3. Analytics and marketing

Optional analytics or marketing storage must remain disabled until the customer accepts the relevant category. Avilion does not need an advertising profile to remember that you prefer dark mode. Revolutionary restraint.

4. Controls

Use Cookie settings in the footer to accept, decline, or customise optional storage. Withdrawal applies prospectively and does not invalidate processing already lawfully performed.

5. Account language

A signed-in customer's language is also stored in the account database so it can follow the customer across devices. This account preference is described in the Privacy Policy.
